The management fee helps to cover our costs associated with:
- work with the teachers/group leaders of both countries to setup the exchange program
- pair students of both countries per their time preferrence, age, gender etc.
- anwser questions and solve problems that may raised during the processess & student progress
- rotate your facetime partner to make the experience richer and a more diversifiable personal interaction
- *(CS only) help you fill out the school form required for recording your service hours.

  • The management fee is due 7 days before your starting day. We understand you have a preferred way for making a payment. We do our best to accommodate your preferences. We accept all the payment methods listed below.
    • QuickPay with Zelle (no fee): QuickPay allows you to transfer funds online quickly and safely. Here is the link to set it up. Please use this email address pay_refund@sinolanguage.org to transfer your payment to us. Don't forget to note the student's name and school in the transaction. This is very important for us to identify whom the fee is paid for.
    • Bank deposit (no fee): At any Chase branch, deposit to Sino Language & Beyond at account # 475958406. Please drop us an email after you make the payment stating the student's name and school.
    • Credit or Debit card: A 4.3% processing fee is incurred with any card payment. Contact us for a card authorization form.
    • Check payment: Payable to Sino Language & Beyond, mail to 5706 Cahalan Ave #23634, San Jose, CA 95153. Please allow 3-7 days for your check to reach us.

    HideShow Timeslot Change

    • You have the option to change to a different timeslot in the next month with an email notification to us 48 hours ahead.
    • Fees are non refundable if you fail to show at the agreed timeslot.
    • Once your first conversation starts, it is non-refundable for that month.

    HideShow Money Back Guarantee

    Sino Language Online offers money back for unstarted month(s). Simply email us your cancellation at least 7 days before the month- nd to get your next month's session cancelled. Fee for the unstarted month(s) will be refunded.
